Terms of Service

SmartLock US provides locksmith services by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 9am–8pm, local time. Services include rekey, lock installation, smart lock installation, access control, and warranty-covered work for AHS, Fidelity, ORHP,
First American, and similar home warranty companies.

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability in your area. Customers will be contacted by their assigned locksmith to confirm
the specific appointment time. Cancellations require 24 hours notice.

Pricing varies by service type, location, and warranty status. The locksmith will confirm pricing before beginning work. Service warranties
vary by service type — ask your locksmith for details.
